Sourcing, selection and due diligence
All investments are subject to Pointbreak's investment criteria and due diligence processes, which include inter alia a detailed location analysis, quality of the physical structure, tenant mix, historical financial analysis and indicative returns over a 10 year period.
Post investment management and fees
Pointbreak is actively involved in the management of the properties during the post investment phase to safe guard or enhance investors' returns over the long term. We provide investors with bi-annual report backs and exception reporting as and when required.
An annual management fee is paid to Pointbreak, with a performance fee after 10 years, based on the achievement of a pre-determined benchmark, which aligns Pointbreak's performance with the long-term objectives of investors.
