Our clients are astute investors looking for a conservative, long term investment where they can earn real returns by investing directly in the commercial property market.

Investors typically place at least a 10% equity contribution per opportunity, with total invested capital ranging from R25m to R60m per opportunity. We gear the commercial properties to enhance our investors' return, but limit such gearing to a maximum of 50% of the total invested capital. None of our investors are subject to any sureties.
