Sourcing, selection and due diligence

All investments are subject to Pointbreak's investment criteria and due diligence processes, which include inter alia a detailed location analysis, quality of the physical structure, tenant mix, historical financial analysis and indicative returns over a 10 - 20 year period.

Post investment management

Pointbreak is actively involved in the management of the properties during the post investment phase to safe guard investors' returns over the long term. We provide investors with bi-annual report backs and exception reporting as and when required.
